Special Conditions for Groupon Deal of 8 February 2012

• £10 Voucher: valid for 1 session of either Hollywood, Brazilian or Las Vegas waxing (for women only)
• £17 Voucher: valid for 1 session of either Hollywodd, Brazilian or Las Vegas waxing (for women only) + 1 session of half leg waxing
• Appointments only available Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7pm and Saturday from 10am to 6pm, subject to availability. Availability is more limited in the evenings and on Saturday.

General Conditions Applicable to all Groupon Deals at Kensingtonskincare

• Appointments can only be booked by email to info@kensingtonskincare.co.uk with the original voucher from Groupon attached to your emailwith your full name, phone number and suggested appointment dates. As we experience high volumes of requests in the days following the deal it may take us several days to respond to your email.
• We do not book appointments for Groupon Deals at the salon. Please do not come to the salon unless you have received confirmation of your appointment from us by email.
• Appointments for this deal are only available within the normal opening hours of our salon and are subject to availability.
• We will try to find an appointment that suits you but cannot guarantee that you will get an appointment on your preferred day or date or at your preferred time. Due to the popularity of Groupon deals and depending on the times and days you are available you may have to book your appointment several weeks in advance. We may also take a few days to get back to you.
• Please email your voucher at the same time as you are booking your appointment as we will need the voucher in order to book the appointment.
• Appointments are only booked once we have received a copy of the voucher and expressly confirmed the appointment to you by email.
• You can only buy and use one voucher per person. Vouchers are non-transferable. You cannot transfer vouchers or sessions to other persons. If the deal includes several sessions, once you have started the first session you will not be able to transfer the remaining sessions to anybody else.
• To protect the vast majority of our customers who make the effort of attending their appointments, we apply a strict 48 hour cancellation policy on appointments for Groupon deals. If you cancel an appointment for a Groupon deal less than 48 hours prior to the appointment for any reason you will loose the entire voucher (if your voucher includes several sessions you will only loose the relevant session). We only accept appointment cancellations by email.
  
• If you arrive late for your appointment we reserve the right to shorten your treatment or remove parts of your treatment. We do this to avoid causing any inconvenience to our customers who arrive on time and by respect for our staff.
• Vouchers purchased from Groupon  are valid for the period specified for each specific voucher on this website or on Groupon's website on the day the voucher is sold on Groupon's website.
• The seller of all Groupon vouchers is Groupon. Please contact Groupon at 0800 0075719 or email support@groupon.co.uk if you have any complaint or wish to obtain a refund. Groupon's terms and conditions apply in addition to these conditions. See www.groupon.co.uk for more details.
• These conditions incorporate by reference our Terms and Conditions which can be see via a link at the bottom of our home page. In case of conflict these Conditions Applicable to All Groupon Deals will prevail.
• We reserve the right to cancel the voucher and stop the treatment immediately if you are rude, abusive or threaten our staff in any way.
