Totally relaxing blend of bergamot, lavender, and chamomile essential oils, though not native to China, these oils have been traded via the Silk Road since the days of Marco Polo and mixed with Chinese safflower oil to create unique relaxation and sleep aids.
Relaxing the feet is a perfect first step towards full body relaxation and deep sleep. Pour 40ml of the milk soak into a warm footbath. Stir gently before soaking. You may add an extra cup of warm milk for that extra luxury.
