The diode technology is a highly efficient laser source, ensuring constant and effective performance. The XlasePlus Diode features a large spot size using a water cooling sapphire tip and the most uniform beam profile available today, to provide quick treatment of unwanted hair, even in large areas such as a back.
The Sapphire tip with contact cooling helps to protect the epidermis and to keep the skin cool throughout treatment, while the uniform beam profile allows the most effective coagulation of hair follicles, reducing the need for multiple, overlapping passes.
The Nd:Yag applicator offers a longer, near infrared wavelength where light penetration into tissues reaches its maximum depth, making it the ideal choice for hair removal and rejuvenation and it is suitable for use on all skin types, including tanned skin.
The Nd:Yag applicator grants exceptionally fast treatments with high efficacy and comfort and allows independent control of fluency, pulse duration and repetition rates to tailor treatment parameters. The laser beam penetrates deeper into the skin to selectively target the deepest skin structures and the thermal energy of the laser heats the pigment, ensuring the long-term efficacy of the treatment.
The Nd:YAG applicator emits light with a wavelength of 1064nm; the light penetration into tissue reaches its maximum depth while its low absorption guarantees preservation of the surrounding tissues on all skin types. It combines a long and short pulse in a compact and technologically advanced delivered from the hand piece into the skin, where it releases only the wavelengths absorbed by the target. The procedure features the combination of radiofrequency, micro needling and vacuum to generate changes in the structure of the dermis to treat superficial and deep wrinkles and to fight skin laxity. Combined Low Frequency Ultrasound and Radiofrequency
The combined ultrasound and radiofrequency procedure alleviates cellulite symptoms and melts fat by means of several mechanisms: cellular and fibrosis disruption due to ultrasonic cavitation; dermal tightening of fibrous filaments due to thermal injury affecting the network of blood vessels, which triggers a cascade of inflammatory events, including fibroblast proliferation and apparent up-regulation of collagen formation; enhancement of local blood circulation (vasodilation and hyperemia) and drainage of fatty deposits to the lymphatic system; fat cell disintegration and thermal-induced fat cell apoptosis.

The cells in our body react to heat or cold at different temperature levels. During the “Coolshape” procedure, the sophisticated device’s applicator is, pressed against the area to be treated thanks to the simultaneous action of vacuum aspiration.
